Really enjoyed challenging the traditional analogue thinking to get to innovative digital mindsets. Delivering client centricity through many approaches including; using emerging ecosystems, open insurance, “wow” not “how”, true purple teams, lessons from the Tel Aviv start up scene, importance of fresh talent plus diversity, and having a clear and phased IT & digital strategy (no more lipstick on that old legacy).

Twas a year of expansion, and making new leads, Full of building connections, and many good deeds. Merlin has kept on growing, up fifty percent; 5 countries were visited and 7 articles sent.
15 conferences of speaking and 17 companies progressed, chairing several great panels, it has been the best ! InsurTech is booming with big changes afoot, but companies are ready with Merlin’s input.
Many thanks to all start ups, for breaking the mould; and don’t forget incumbents, for standing so bold. Combining together, you make a great match; Merlin’s help has let you pull it off without a scratch.
Exciting things occurring in 2019, With “Camelot” acoming, great things to be seen. A group of C-suite experts, ready to assist, Keep an eye out for updates, it should not be missed.

Camelot
I’ve formed a network of fellow independent consultants, called Camelot. We had our first formal event yesterday in the form of a hashtag#roundtable with Kali Bagary and his innovative team at Stream Central Data Insights (see Rob King’s great summary below). Big thanks to everyone who came along and contributed to the excellent debate. I am sure this is the first of many very successful Camelot Round Table events as we leverage the collective and diverse expertise of the network to solve real business challenges.
